Maternity Coaching: In-Person

Service Description

I love to work one-on-one with families in an educational and advisory capacity. As your coach, I support the path you choose to pursue toward your ideal pregnancy, birth and postpartum. We cover nutrition, lifestyle, mental and emotional hurdles and milestones as well as delving into whatever happens to be important to you at the time of our sessions. During our sessions, I will listen to your concerns and ask questions that will help you to identify your needs. Then, I will provide practical advice when appropriate, while helping you to pull from your own intuition the answers to your questions. Part of my process is to empower you to listen to your own advice. You already have everything you need, right there inside you. My skill and honor is to help pull it out and support your journey of walking it. Book now, for a 90 minute, in-person session
